Not entirely sure as I've never understood foot fetishes. Generally they tend to fetishize urine and faeces in my experience.

There's a difference, which is why one gender is prone to be more into one thing than the other is, and vice versa. Basically just biology and chemistry. Although seen as a taboo, it is, surprisingly, quite frequent
