the series and the novel already have some differences in these first two episodes but i’ll only talk about the important scene differences. there are spoilers. what’s the same is that p’jane really did tutor little jane and it became an intimate scene. but after they finished tutoring, before the exam, p’jane asked little jane what he remembered from everything he taught him. LJ: “i remember a lot.” PJ: “what do you remember the most?” LJ: “integration.” PJ: “really? not what my mouth did to you?” and yes.
