I've been working on this project for a while. These are my top 15 prospects of the last 15 Draft classes, before the Draft.
I studied films, stats and whatever it was possible trying to remove the hindsight from the evaluation and that's what came out.

This is a fair list, but two things I would do:
1) take all the 28+ players and put them in a separate bucket, since a lot of those guys will fall off completely
2) reserve 4-5 spots for players who are U16-U20 right now - we dont know who they'll be, but they'll matter

If every one of these QBs were prospects in the same draft class, this is how I’d stack them relative to Fernando Mendoza.
Based on that… I believe Mendoza would be the No. 1 overall pick in almost every draft since 2019. The only exceptions for me are 2020, 2021, and 2024.
Side note: 2024 was an absolutely ridiculous QB class.
