People said conservatives were doomed after Romney lost in 2012. Many said as much after the 2020 election. The thing about doomerism is it's more of an emotional exercise than anything else. Some people find it satisfying to announce that it's over. I find it pathetic.

If we’re going to have a conservative civil war, the dividing line should be those who believe in protecting and preserving marriage, the family, and unborn life vs those indifferent or opposed. You can’t be a conservative in any meaningful sense if you don’t want to conserve the bedrock of civilization itself.

THIS IS UNREAL… A man reportedly bypassed security at an airport in Italy and ran onto the runway… straight into the engine of a plane preparing for takeoff. Over 150 passengers were on board as this happened in real time. Flights were halted, the aircraft was damaged, and the entire airport had to shut down operations.
