NewJeans member Danielle filed a complaint with the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) against HYBE and ADOR. She says the company is unfairly singling her out.
Her lawyer points out that all members took similar steps to end their contracts, yet only Danielle faces this treatment. Hanni was the one who testified in the National Assembly audit, and Minji served as executive partner of the NJZ2025 partnership — Danielle didn’t do anything more serious.

Leader of Law Firm representing Danielle Marsh says HYBE plans to keep NewJeans for financial gain by methods of fear using Danielle's termination:
"A company seeking to maximize profits would not spend hundreds of millions of won on legal fees to pursue a lawsuit that offers no economic benefit unless there is a hidden agenda and a profit to be gained from it."
