“Mom, what were you like in the 90s?” Leading. Advocating. Building coalitions that still shape California water policy today. Before hashtags and viral moments, Harriett Wieder was bringing people together around one of California’s most important issues—water. Her leadership helped lay the foundation for what the Southern California Water Coalition is today.
