@Socket callaway county mo ...internet has went down once an hour for 30 minutes for the last 5 hours what's going on you should have a customer service where someone could actually contact a human . Its currently been down over an hour now

@Socket January 24, 2024 at least starting at 5:00 am, Socket internet is out. Tried all options to restore service but nothing works. Are there any “after hour” service or reporting options? All Socket phone options indicate call back during “work hours.”

@Socket Why do I frequently see a socket service truck directly across the street from my house in CoMo (it's a very small street) but socket does not provide service to my "area"? Is the neighborhood too poor for you? Is service only provided to all the businesses on the other side?
