mental health may is coming to a close as May comes to a close itself. it’s normal as a creator, vtuber, streamer or other form to feel incredibly lonely— but this creator just got tested for bipolar and scored almost every pointer to point to it, and i should be diagnosed/tested with multiple things soon: included in it is CPTSD, bipolar, DID, OCD 🩷 i am honestly a little scared to share this, but, i think it has to be shared. in a world that mental health is still so unfortunately taboo, “niche”, or shunned to speak about: i have always advocated for those who need it. mental health, mental illnesses is never about the disorder: it’s how you deal with it. and choose to display it. i used to deny that i had bipolar pretty harshly, i never felt like i had the switch that people talked about but literally minutes ago i randomly had an off switch moment: which makes me sad because im trying really hard to feel better or, even just, try to get work done that doesn’t mean im stopping— actually, im not giving up. but, its normal. especially when most people in the creator space are a little weird. not in a bad way. in weird, our brains are wired differently. To be a creator, want to do business, is your own kind of crazy. you’re loved, and especially if you have mood disorders, you’re a trooper for wanting to do this. i know i am. mwah!
