Your time is your most valuable resource anon 💎 So start following the Pareto law and stop wasting your time on shitty alt-L1s! 🙅♂️ Here's my bet: ➯ In the long term, 80% (if not more) of the market activity will continue to be dominated by Ethereum and its L2 📈 ➯ The remaining 20% will be distributed among all other alt-L1s 📉 Since the last cycle, it's evident that Ethereum has emerged victorious in the alt-L1 war 👇 ✅ More TVL ✅ More developers ✅ Larger ecosystem ✅ More (real) users 1️⃣ TVL The Ethereum ecosystem (L1 + L2) currently represents 65% of the TVL in the market. 2️⃣ More devs Ethereum alone already accounts for more than 43% of all active full-time developers in the crypto ecosystem. And this gap is only getting wider. 3️⃣ Largest ecosystem and number of users Ethereum boasts the largest and most vibrant ecosystem in terms of both quantity and quality. Notably, Ethereum hosts the most dApp, dApps with the highest TVL and the largest user base, making it the most diverse ecosystem overall. The majority of dApps on other alt-L1 are just copy/pasta of successful Ethereum dApps, offering low-quality alternatives. Moreover, the most recent important and hyped dApps are all found on Ethereum, some examples 👇 ➯ @GMX_IO (also available on Avalanche, but GMX on Arbitrum generated 6 time more trading volume and TVL than GMX on Avalanche) ➯ Telegram Bots (such as @TeamUnibot and @bananagun) ➯ UniV3 and similar protocols like @mavprotocol and @EkuboProtocol ➯ @friendtech and other social dApps What do you think will happen: 👉 With the arrival of the EIP4844, which will drastically reduce fees on L2. 👉 as solutions like @Starknet, @Scroll_ZKP, @KakarotZkEvm, and others mature? 👉 When L3 infrastructures become fully usable? Spoil: The gap will widen further, attracting more users and TVL, and consequently, more developers ♻️ Some alt-L1s are already understanding this and are transitioning to become Ethereum L2s: ✅ Celo: x.com/celoorg/status… ✅ Astar zkEVM: x.com/astarzkevm/sta… ✅ Canto: x.com/cantopublic/st… While those who persist are either doomed to fail or will only capture a small portion of the market (we can already see that some new generation L1 like Aptos and Sui have already flopped). So apply the Pareto principle and focus on Ethereum and its L2s: 👉 Ethereum will primarily serve for whales and as a settlement layer for L2s 👉 L2s will be used by the majority of users and as a settlement layer for L3s 👉 L3s will provide ultra-scalability and cater to dApps with specific needs (particularly gaming and social apps). Especially, focus on L2 that are attracting an increasing number of users and whose growth will only accelerate over time (looking forward to seeing the impact of EIP 4844 here 👀). Here are some data that support this 👇 👉 While the TVL of the entire market decreases by a factor of 10 during this bear market, the TVL of L2 continues to rise. 👉 The activity on L2 has surpassed that on Ethereum. In addition, as L2s continue to develop, they now meet all the needs of developers and users: ➯ EVM compatibility ➯ Non-EVM compatibility ➯ Privacy focus ➯ Performance optimization ➯ etc x.com/starknet_og/st… Although I clearly prefer Starknet, I am delighted to see such a diverse range of solutions 🤝 Once again, your time is your most precious resource. If I had to give you one piece of advice (NFA), it would be to use it wisely and focus your research on L2 rather than other alts-L1 solution 🙂 The exciting news is that we are only at the beginning of the L2 Era 🥂

1/ We are stoked to drop our first #Cairo1 ERC Libraries (Component Libraries) for #Starknet contracts. This release aligns with the recent component system update on Starknet, enhancing contract extensibility. 🛠️🔐github.com/Seraph-Labs/Ca…

The crypto LAMP stack is #Starknet A rough analogy can be made comparing #Starknet to Linux. The community and commitment to tech is strikingly similar. Cairo and PHP essentially serve as the foundation of revolutionary apps like Facebook.

Back then it was about: - Integration with HTML for dynamic web pages - Shared hosting providers, most providers predominantly supported PHP To stretch that analogy with #Starknet and @SoukProtocol : -#ERC2114 dynamic metadata -Shared sequencing
