Pre-Johns Hal Jordan Reading Order. This is if you’re interested in his stories as Green Lantern, Parallax, and Spectre. I recommend to read all three in order because if you skip even one, you’ll lose a lot of impact and context. Think of it as 3 continuous saga’s.

@joellelovefata Also, during the late 80s (the worst era) they turned Hal into a pedo, while john was getting tortured in South Africa. Writers were doing anything but good writing during that time.

@joellelovefata It’s just that so many crazy things happened to these characters that a fan from the 70s would think you’re lying. Like Hal becoming a villain (which I loved btw) or John being responsible for planets blowing up and killing other lanterns.

If you time traveled to the 70s or early 80s, and told a green lantern fan of that time all the stuff that has been written for both Hal and John since the late 80s, I wonder which one they would believe more.
