Meanwhile every other day working out with low weight high rep just to get up the stamina I have lost over the years. Either way I look at it, I'll make this happen. Only question is time.

@StarshieldNA @BTed72 @Lambo805 Its been a few years since I went through meps. But looking at it now, flexibility, range of motion and endurance seem to be the big factors. Extended stretching, squats, and lunges would be my suggestions. Along with just practicing the duck walk every day for a few minutes.

Part#1 Been mostly off the radar the past two months. A nice little slice of hell. That said, I am beginning to get things under control. This ol' bugger has begun the process of shoring up with the Navy. It is a home I know & a stable income to keep my family afloat.

Part 1: This is "Momma" fox. 1st image is her after she was attacked by a coyote back in Dec. 2nd is of her tonight after 3 months + some antibiotics and anti-flammatory meds. She has grown back most of her fur, walks and runs like she used to, and plays with other foxes again.
