Small club mentality. They will not at least respect the player enough to discuss with clubs.

Since they don’t have the money to sign him & keep, get a quick loan for €60 million with a maximum of 1% interest rate(€600,000), sign him Paz, sell to Inter for €80 million like Madrid wants to do(they are ready buyers.
