No matter how terrible you may think a ref is, at no point should parents ever come over to the benches to address a ref. Especially in 4th/5th girls basketball. I found myself holding back one of the refs after our game today. Parents do better!

@GottliebShow @GSwaim Coached college women for 11 years. 99% of the time, I’m watching college women’s games. I don’t watch the WNBA. I won’t lie to you and say I don’t watch any men’s games - it’s rare though. Prefer the women’s game.

@Coach_HD No argument there. You may not be able to say it but I can now lol, COLLEGE WOMENS REFFING has been in the dumps for YEARS. Inconsistency for YEARS.

@Stokes_Ky Technically correct. But what I look at is, has that call be called consistent in the game? There were several moving screens that were not called. Same thing with hand checks, you can’t let someone hand check most of the game and then call it on a last second drive.

I don’t care about a CC/South Carolina final or tha narrative, blah blah blah! I’m disappointed in all the basketball folks on my timeline! That offensive foul was an easy call. It was a moving screen. Yesterday, today, and forever. It was RIGHT call!

@Coach_dpaul Take the stage out of it. Doesn’t matter if happened in the first five minutes vs the last five minutes. I get not calling a 50/50 call but this was easy.

@OSUMBB @LutzSteve I received my first hand written letter from Coach Lutz. It was right after the Whataburger tournament. He was at SFA. That was the first moment I really believed that I had a shot to play at the college level. Needless to say, I’m a fan of the hire!
