As we're scientifically studying the effects of mind-body interventions on health and stress, we also find personal experience important. Recently, we tried Tai Chi together and it was a lot of fun! ☯️🤜🫷

Together with Beate-Maria Pomberger and Jörg Mühlhans,@MarkusForamitti explored how we perceive historical auditory stimuli. The sounds of excavated and replicated historical idiophones revealed striking differences in their psychoacoustic properties.👂🔍jma.vlg.oeaw.ac.at/index.php/jma/…

Does the practice of Hatha yoga benefit executive control? EEG and behavioral measures did not improve participants' ability to rapidly shift between multiple tasks. But, the intervention improved executive control and working memory performance. doi.org/10.3389/fnhum.…
