We re terribly sorry for this misunderstanding, while the Roam is Made in India - we found out that there was a misprint in one of our lot and unfortunately we missed this in QC - we are holding back all misprint inventory and also are in process of recalling the same. I don't have a problem against China-made products - they are killing it on the manufacturing side. But I do have a problem with shady tactics from Indian companies like @Stuffcool that are brazenly lying about "Made in India". Why dafaq would you do this?

@Stuffcool I bought your 100w Gigamax powerbank. it doest respond to touch , and unable to turn on the display to show the charging information. Even with multiple tries, it doesn't respond most of the times.

Disappointed with @stuffcool. My Click 2000mah Powerbank (Rs2000) is bulging—a serious safety hazard—just weeks after the 1-yr warranty ended. This is my 2ND unit; the 1st failed in 3 months. Offering a measly ₹200 discount for a dangerous defect isn't "premium" service. Help?

100% sir. we are with you. We also dont want incorrect expectations. Oppo, OnePlus, Realme, Mi use proprietary protocols that we dont have access to. Our products are made on the universal fast charging protocol called Power Delivery which is used in most laptops, DSLRs, gaming consoles, Apple, Samsung, Google, Nothing devices.

Check this tweet before buying any chargers from Stuffcool, especially if you are planning to use it for brands other than Samsung and Apple.

Had a bad experience with @Stuffcool. That was 1st & last time of purchase. Got a 10k mAh power bank for its compact form factor & charging output. But build quality was terrible-paint was chipping off & shell broke within few days. Got it replaced twice still had same issue.
