#SNDA has entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with Matahio Ventures Pte Limited for the conditional acquisition of Matahio Energy New Zealand Limited, adding high-quality oil and gas production, development, and exploration assets to its portfolio.

This represents an important step in the operational preparations for Chuditch-2, reflecting the collaborative efforts between the project team and regulatory authorities.

The licence follows the submission and review of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) in collaboration with the upstream regulator ANP TIMOR LESTE, and approval by the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources.
