This week we welcomed a film crew from @KBSWorldTV, the equivalent of the BBC in South Korea. They are here to film a documentary on #FoodSustainability, with a focus on businesses that create short supply chains through a more direct relationship between producers & consumers.

1) The Hungry Gap is dominating the veg landscape right now. Eeeek! The most challenging time of year for us: when all of last year's crops have mostly been eaten, & this year's crops are not yet ready to harvest. Typically this lasts from April - June, so mid-May is peak! ⬇️
