thats not a counter gamer, because the perk still gets max value. counter is limiting or stopping value of a perk. all what you just said means that the slow down wasnt enough to make up for chase time or bad decision making. obviously the killer/map/rng come into play. but you do the most with what you have, and pre make decisions based on your killer, rng, 3 gen, tunnel out ect.

@SympathyDBD you counter most slowdowns in the game by splitting on gens so they run out of perkslots and at least one of the three gens you are working on gets popped, repeat until the game is over

slowdowns do not have the counterplay in the same way lithe does, idk how you get that? if people are three splitting gens and you pain res one. how do you counter that? maybe sabo but its basically not reliable 80 percent of the time. and then say they also have pop. and goto the other gen and pop it, how do you counter that? just know before hand that they have pop and bring repressed alliance? the biggest determing factor in if you get good perk value, esp with slow downs, is your chase time. how quickly you can end chases. OR leaving chase when taking that chase doesnt bennifit you. and im sorry man you can just say lithe doesnt have counter play when literally it does if you know they have it, and its not hard to do at all. ill even go out of my way to make someone proc their sprint burst and then chase someone on a gen so they are exaughsted, how was the sb player supposed to counter me forcing them to use it? you can say some situations you are UNABLE to counter them due to situational factors, but if you see someone has lithe in their first chase, there should be no reason you allow yourself in that situation after the fact. youre completely taking out the agency factor the killer has, and are acting like the killer has no play around these perks when they do. if you wanna just say nerf vigil, thats fine. but saying all of these perks dont have counter play, when the perks you listed as having counter play on killer side, specifically dont have counter play if used right, is unjustified. if you feel like you cant do anything against those perks, then youre doing something wrong gamer.

@SympathyDBD i agree that enduring is miserable to face. again i can use the same argument against slowdowns. Most of them do have counterplay and have trigger conditions that arent easy to achieve. Compared to literally every exhaustion aside from DH, SH and HO, they are free from zero.

no its not tho? its not rare literally at all? maybe the FIRST time you chase someone. but after that you should be chasing them in a completely different way after that? again thats not to say these perks arnt strong, they are. thats what perks are for. so are killer perks. but they DO have counterplay, id say enduring is way more of bullshit no counterplay perk then lithe ever has been.

@SympathyDBD The situations in which you can do what you said against Lithe are way more rare than you think. Also management of SB exhaustion I just don't see as skillful. The effect is too strong to be available earlygame. Dont get me started on how one Vigil deletes managing exhaustion.

sprint burst is a great example how you sometimes are hindered in progress by wanting to 99 it. or you can full send it to a gen and then be exaughsted on the gen. and hope the killer doesnt come back before you get it back. like its not something you just dont have to "manage" as a perk. its kinda like playing clown, you have to choose when to reload at good times to keep pressure. like you can play around lithe. the moment i see lithe, you can just hold them on the other side of the window going back and forth forcing them to check spot so they dont get distance, or zone them and get the pallet out of them and then leave for another chase. its def became HARDER to do on killer cause more perks, but its become harder on both sides cause there are so many perks. it sounds like youd agree w me that we need a more "basic" version of dbd where its limited perks w good rng and powers. i always compared it to like the difference between csgo and valorant. ive always preferred games that are more simple but skill expressive. compared to skill based around abilities. but thats just kinda how dbd is unfortunately. youd love 1v1 ladder and a ranked dbd mode lol

@SympathyDBD and that's not a problem to you? that one side has to earn their perk procs while the other just flat out has them? like genuinely i wouldn't hate sprint burst as much as long as it has an actual proc requirement that is remotely interactive or difficult

i think all of those are great as 115? like being able to have a killer as 115, makes it so you can have killer powers that are stronger and more skill expressive. if you changed some killers to 115, all their powers would have to be dumbed down and a lot less fun to play as because of it. even if you compensated for the power decrease. the power itself would be less “capable”

@SympathyDBD @PabloDBD_ some yea, and if they were made 115 they would need to be adjusted to compensate. examples of that are spirit chucky and henry. henry kinda just ignores pallets and windows, spirit has the 2nd best chase power in the game and chucky is so small its harder to have los on him

cant believe they actually listened to twitter ppl asking him to be 4.4 💀 the token change shoulda happened a year ago so thats good but making him 4.4 and leaving his power unchanged just punishes bad players and doesnt address the actual issues with blights ability. so stupid

Anti camp should be reworked to increase the amount of basekit endurance you get off hook instead of to self unhook. Nerf the base amount back to 10 and increase it up to 30 if you have full anti camp, gives killers the ability to camp while also helping less experienced survs

well thats where blight will stand out, on those tiles youll have to use bump logic and rush to get the down. having situations where you have to be good with the killer to get a down is skill expressive imo. its kinda like going against demo, if you play alot of him, going against him on surv becomes easier cause you know what he can get away with, distances ect. if someones good on demo they will play in a way with their power that gets them the most bennifit. its just gonna change how people play as and against blight which i like. its the same with any 110 kille. youre right if they dont use their power correctly, its braindead easy on surv, but if they do, its not lol it will just make it now where its not easy for someone whos not good good on blight to get super cheesy and uninteractive hits and downs.

According to the IGN Interview, DBD's MMR is apparently getting a complete revamp, hinting at moving away from kills and escape to calculate MMR and wanting to allow player choices instead of just making it competitive 🤔

saying your wrong opinion and then running off is definitely one way of responding. you don’t think with how the wide range of mmr the way it is. might put two players that have skill differences. it’s almost like you’ve never played the game if you think that. or you just assume every game that everyone is similar skill to you, which makes sense why’d you’d think people don’t make wrong decisions. they will have the same info i do and make bad decisions. there are objectively bad plays to make. and everyone knows that. that’s the difference between trying to get better and also having experience in game. you literally taking a situation every dbd player has had in solo que, but my specific instance. and claiming you know more about it is hilarious. because you’re just projecting your own lack of confidence in your gameplay on my example 😭you have no point being made other then “nuh uh”

@clizzyabc if you have a 40 series card or higher you can use higher recording settings then these, because your encoding and decoding chips are seperate. so your recording settings dont affect your game fps unless youre lacking in your cpu or ram.
