Examples like this commissioning work in Liverpool bring HLS to life! Different relationships between providers/commissioners, more flexibility/adaptation in services in response to learning abt what works, better understanding & engagement of the people services are for #HLSWeek

2) Services are an essential good in all our lives. We all have a right to healthcare, education etc. But they're not sufficient. We all need relationships, family, connection too. All of this together produces outcomes
