@IvyMinxxx Also, if you try hot yoga and ur having trouble with the heat/keeping up, ur supposed to try being still for a moment and focus on your breath before deciding if you need to excuse yourself. This is just to make sure you can be acclimated to the heat, leave if you rly need to! 🖤
