We wanted to let you know that KCIL will no longer be posting on X. After careful consideration, we’ve decided to focus our efforts on platforms that allow us to engage more meaningfully with our community.

The DWP has said there are delays in some of their services. If you are waiting for a decision on a Mandatory Reconsideration, it might take longer than usual. This includes Mandatory reconsiderations for Personal Independence Payments (PIP) and Pension Credit applications.

There are currently road works near the KCIL office, which may cause delays in getting to the office and close some bus stops. Over the next few weeks, if you are visiting the KCIL office or coming to one of our events, please allow extra time for your journey.
