@Teppermans just got a LR set @teppermans, 1 of my pcs doent line up properly. Jordan from cust. serv claims if techs cant fix it, I cant get my $ back, store credit only, no replacemnts avail. So far, delivery day missed, 1pc not working and not backing items they sell #Warning

@Teppermans Hi. Just noticed the footrest is sewn ~1" off center on the one side, preventing it from fully retracting into the frame. Cleary a quality control issue since it is sewn off center. This is causing the metal inside to rub against the fabric. Got it end of November.

Please keep in mind before you shop at @Teppermans they do not offer a return policy on mattresses. The second you buy it, you're stuck. They won't tell you, but the second they have your money, they don't care. Shocking how many people want in on this lawsuit for the same thing

@KatieMorreau @BoschHomeCanada @Teppermans Having the same issue. 5 years later you think they would have improved. Been a month I’ve been waiting to get my dishwasher fixed. Customer service said they’ve escalated it. Clearly they have not done anything. Beyond frustrating. Never buying Bosch anything again.
