Thank you to all our patients who provided feedback. We strive to provide the best service we can for our patients and it's encouraging to see your comments and how many of our patients were happy with their recent contact.

***Lytchett Surgery Access*** Patients are unable to access the surgery in Lytchett by car due to roadworks and cones that have been put across our driveway. Patients attending the Lytchett surgery are able to park by the recreation ground and walk across.

We are aware there is an ongoing issue with our phone lines and we are working with our phone provider to try and rectify the issues as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our patients.

With the increased pressure on appointments across the NHS, it's more important than ever to let us know if you can't attend your appointment. You can reply 'CANCEL' to your text message reminder, use the NHS App or submit a Klinik form via our website.

Bereavement Café is facilitated by specialist volunteers, who are able to help signpost if you are looking for further support. Contact Forest Holme Hospice Charity for more details.

*** BANK HOLIDAY CLOSURE *** The surgery will be closed on Monday 26th August for the bank holiday. We will re-open again on Tuesday 27th August at 8am. During this time, if you need medical attention, please use your local pharmacies, contact NHS 111 or dial 999 in an emergency.

Following on from the success of our Hamworthy Community Garden, we are hoping to create a wildlife friendly space at our Lytchett surgery. If you would be interested in getting involved, come along on Thursday 12th September 2024 1:30pm-3:00pm at Lytchett Village Hall.
