Henry Nowak's killer 'applies to have murder conviction quashed AND his sentence reduced' Pencil dick Vickrum Digwa made the application to the Court of Appeal in the hopes of reducing his jail term. A judge will now decide whether Digwa should be given the opportunity to appeal - If successful the case will be heard by three judges sitting at the Court of Appeal Criminal Division.
