@jreentertain @DavidSFOX4 @FOX4 Bro why are you seriously trying to defend her behavior. She was in the wrong for speeding through school zone ,instead of apologizing & being respectful she chose to be disrespectful to the cop. Come on bro, she should have handled herself better. She knows history would repeat

@DavidSFOX4 @FOX4 It was at this point the officer was wrong for littering in her car. She refused the ticket, but he put in her car anyway.

VIDEO: Woman who threw speeding ticket toward Hurst Police officer brings complaint to city council @FOX4 ... HURST, Texas - A Hurst woman and the local police department are telling different sides of a story involving a traffic stop and a thrown speeding ticket. On Jan. 16, Taneisha Thompson was stopped by a Hurst police officer after allegedly speeding in a school zone. Hurst Police released body camera footage of the incident on Tuesday. In the video, an officer issues Thompson a traffic citation after a brief conversation. Thompson is seen throwing the ticket back at the officer, who then placed Thompson under arrest with the help of another officer. Officers pulled Thompson out of her car and onto the ground before arresting her. Thompson's child was present in the passenger seat of the vehicle at the time of the incident. Thompson has hired civil rights attorney Lee Merritt as she considers legal action against the Hurst Police Department. She says she suffered a black eye, a lip injury that required stitches and several bruises on her body from the incident. Thompson read a statement to reporters on Tuesday evening during a press conference before sharing her story with Hurst City Council. "I am here today because this is bigger than me—this is about all of us. It is about ensuring de-escalation, about prioritizing the safety of every citizen, so that no one else endures what I did. I am deeply grateful for all the support I have received from around the world—this is a call for justice, for humanity, and for safety. I will not be silenced," part of Thompson's statement read. Merritt answered questions during the presser. When asked about Thompson's throwing of the ticket, Merritt said: "I tell my clients, I tell the public in general, it’s not best to litigate a case on the side of the road. If you’re upset about a police encounter, hold your peace, hire an attorney, file a complaint with the police department later." He also stated: "I let the public know, just because this is the law, that you actually have every right to be rude to law enforcement. Not best practice, but you have every right to be rude." Hurst Police are standing by the officer. "Corporal Morgan acted in full accordance with the law and with our department’s policies and the department stands firmly behind his actions," Hurst Police Chief Billy Keadle said. The department conducted an investigation into the incident after Thompson filed a formal complaint claiming excessive use of force. The investigation determined the claims were unfounded. Alex del Carmen, a criminologist at Tarleton State University, viewed the footage and said the officer's actions were lawful. "What I said after reviewing the entire footage was that the woman was very disrespectful of the office during the entire exchange.  Further, that the officer, up to the point of handing the ticket to her, was very respectful, professional and showed restraint," del Carmen said. "However, when the woman threw the citation out the window, the officer had the choice of either giving her another citation for loitering, ignoring it, or asking another officer to step in. Instead, he chose to issue a verbal command for the woman to get out of the vehicle, and she refused." "At that point, the officer used physical force.  Although this was awful, it is lawful, for the woman refused to get out of the vehicle and ignored the officer’s commands."

If I ignore messages, then I would ignore your comment as well, which is not the case. Most messages come from accounts I don’t know, and many of them are filtered as spam, so they don’t reach my inbox. Lastly, I don’t check regular messages frequently because I simply don’t have time, and I’m not part of the support team.

I understand delays can be frustrating, but try to avoid using inappropriate language when addressing the topic, especially when commenting in public. It would have been more proper to raise your concern in a respectful way rather than using such wording. Please follow up either with our support team or with the support of your wallet provider. Alternatively, you can DM me on Monday, and I will help escalate your case from my side as well. However, if you choose to send a DM using the same inappropriate tone, then it’s better to continue following up directly with support.

I distinctly recall the moment when Manpreet and Elon Mansour reached out to me via direct messages, expressing concern after I made the decision to take some profit, having grown suspicious of the deceptive activities taking place. They assured me I was a vital figure in the community, a so-called “pillar,” and implored me to hold onto my investments, emphasizing, “We need you, bro. Hold for the good of the community.” While they played on my loyalty and trust, these individuals were secretly profiting, cashing out millions of dollars, exploiting the very community they claimed to be helping. Their knowledge of my significant contributions and charitable efforts—having given away hundreds of thousands of dollars to assist others in the community—was no coincidence. They even went as far as to specifically inquire about my wallet address, a suspicious and invasive request that now raises red flags. I must review the messages, as I distinctly remember receiving thinly veiled threats from these individuals, which I have documented and can provide as evidence. I also recall the string of lies propagated during the project’s transition to another version, in which they promised that every holder would be compensated. However, that promise proved to be another fabricated illusion. I initially invested in the project back in May 2021, drawn in by their claims of altruism—specifically, their supposed initiative to provide school supplies and backpacks for children in Africa. What I did not realize at the time was that this was all an intricately orchestrated scam designed to manipulate well-intentioned investors into buying in. I invested over $180,000 of my SHIB profits, driven by my genuine belief in philanthropy and the desire to make a difference. My commitment to the community went far beyond financial contributions. I traveled to multiple cities, meeting with people to educate them about cryptocurrency, and specifically, Saitama. I helped countless individuals set up wallets, introduced them to the world of crypto, and personally provided them with funds to invest in Saitama—only for all of it to collapse, leaving these individuals with nothing. I recall the countless hours that many within the community spent hosting Twitter Spaces, passionately encouraging others to invest in Saitama, all because we believed in its vision. Community members dedicated thousands of hours and invested hundreds of thousands of their own dollars to promote and market Saitama. One of the most memorable moments was the billboard in New York City, a massive marketing effort led by Torres that was nothing short of spectacular. Yet, despite these efforts, the project was nothing more than a charade, and the fallout has left many of us deeply scarred. There are so many victims in this community, people who were genuinely invested in the project’s success. Yes, seeing the perpetrators of this scam—those who manipulated and deceived thousands of people—face justice and go to jail will be a small victory. But it won’t undo the lasting psychological and emotional trauma we’ve endured. It won’t reverse the devastation of watching our accounts plummet to zero during that fateful November 2021 “Russ Diddy” party in Las Vegas. That event marked the culmination of deceit, and it’s something many of us will never forget. Hundreds of people believed in Saitama’s promises, fighting to provide financial freedom for their families. Even now, some still defend the project, despite the overwhelming evidence of fraud. The damage is not just financial; it’s emotional, psychological, and deeply personal. There are so many victims here, and the scars of this betrayal will not fade easily. #SaitaChainCoin #SaitamaScam #UpnUp
