L’attente touche à sa fin. Les candidatures pour la cohorte 7 du Foundational Leadership Development Course (FLDC) ouvrent ce lundi 4 mai 2026. Le FLDC est un programme de formation au leadership d’une durée de 12 semaines, destiné aux Africains âgés de 15 à 35 ans.

Delivered through small, live learning communities called Forts, and facilitated by alumni who have walked this path before, it does not just teach leadership. It forms it. Share this with someone ready to lead differently. #TheFortInstitute #LeadingDifferently

The wait is almost over. Applications for Cohort 7 of the Foundational Leadership Development Course (FLDC) open this Monday, 4 May 2026. The FLDC is a 12-week leadership formation programme for Africans aged 15 to 35.
