Hello @ThomasFriends, I bought the Thomas & Friends Motorized Toy Train Set (Crystal Caves Adventure) from Amazon (Order #: 111-4439539-7485866) on Dec 12, 2024. After bringing it to Turkiye, I realized a wagon and the gem ball were missing.
