@MechaMyers Influential? Sure, but like half the films you listed are mid so kinda proving their point (even if I don’t agree that he’s literally the most overrated, but he’s certainly not in the GOAT conversation imo)

@TuskTreasures Tbf the actual SciFi part of the book is pretty short and by far not the main focus. It’s really mostly a philosophical/theological drama (but also it’s obviously correct to call it SciFi)
English

@philosophymeme0 I mean yeah but you don’t have to tell everyone about it
English

@Arts_Channel @JgSzymon Nah deep purple is way too influential to kick

@noetic_emetic Kierkegaard definitely has the most metal names for his books. This and Fear and Trembling would go so hard as album names
English

@MiladySerah Like, Freddy SAs minors in the original nightmare on elm street. Yes, killers are bad people that’s the point but they’re also not real
English

Sorry, but I really can’t stand reading this misogyny stuff anymore. What exactly is misogynistic about Terrifier? That he kills women? Oh wow, how terrible — other killers have done that too… Ghostface does it, Michael Myers does it, even Jason does it, and so do countless others. I could keep listing examples forever! And besides that, Art has also killed plenty of men and even children. That apparently doesn’t bother anyone though, huh? Or is it the way he kills them? Guys, it’s gore, it’s horror… it’s SUPPOSED to shock and disturb the audience, that’s literally the whole point! People are free to like or dislike the movies, that’s completely fine, but claiming something is misogynistic when it simply ISN’T is absolute bullshit. I’ve seen the movies myself and, as a woman, I never once felt personally attacked by them in any way. It’s a horror movie like many others, just more brutal and bloody.

@Bloodking1710 @AlexFilmCent Yeah for sure, similar low-calories blockbuster fun
English

@ThomasGoenitzer @AlexFilmCent wasn‘t D Day also a little bit of a Project Hail Mary?
English

Seen it now btw and it was good 👍

Haven’t seen Disclosure Day yet but I’m glad it makes people realize Spielberg was never one of the greats
English

@fayeruse Rocky Horror of course, Daisies is a good one too
English

@scavbolt Because the answer is always no. No film has never been watched twice
English

It offends people with a biology education above highschool.
Is this the case in most individuals? Yes. In all? No. You can be XX but phenotypically male, and likewise you can be XY and phenotypically female. You can even have both XX and XY simultaneously and be healthy.
hanri@hanriclontz
For unknown reasons this will offend some people.
