@bramderidder89 No, not about the authenticity/historic claims. Mostly health/nutrition/eco claims, in combination with the visual (e.g. depicted ingredients, leaves, ...) and structural (e.g. eco packaging) cues.

@DeblockBlock Ik geef les aan wie er is. Opname is dus altijd secundair. En voor 1 vak kunnen studenten pas opname zien als ze in een testje tonen dat ze mee zijn tot aan de inhoud van de vorige week. Doe ik omdat ik denk dat het tempo en opvolging van de lessen een didactisch element is.

Van de 500 ingeschreven studenten waren er bij mijn laatste les 106 aanwezig. Voor een ander vak waren de cijfers iets beter: 70 van 180 ingeschreven daagden op. Opnames hebben zeker voordelen, maar het is erg demotiverend om voor een grotendeels leeg auditorium les te geven.
