Fairly sure the @Andrex request is to scan the VR code, not ‘scan back and track’ - fairly sure.. #lookbackandtrack

@AndyNaylorBHAFC @OliverKay Can you imagine a head coach exit interview at Chelsea FC? “Lampard’s feedback to the club after his interim spell in 2023 was that while there was talent in the squad, there was also a glaring lack of experience, resilience and know-how”. #euphemism

@AllertonJj My impression was that TE Lawrence was the prototype Taliban/Al Qaida leader except he was riding a camel rather than Toyota pickup

The "Lawrence of Arabia" actor sitting down on the left- is it Bernard Bresslaw or Frankie Howerd?

Christmas Eve, 1968, Apollo 8. The first photograph of Earth from the Moon, taken by one of us. Rarely seen, Anders took this extraordinary B&W shot (remastered / cropped here) before using the colour mag to take one of the most famous photographs in history (both in the book).

I started writing the @terrawatchspace newsletter to make sense of the Earth observation sector and to create the kind of resource I wished existed. Since then, it has grown to over 17,000 readers across space agencies, startups, researchers, investors, and end-user industries like insurance, agriculture, energy, and climate. It’s been incredible to see the impact of the newsletter - I’ve even heard it’s part of onboarding at some companies. With 60% of you opening my email every week, it is clear this has become more than just a side project. Most of it was written in bursts - in airports, in flights, in trains, in between client calls - with no grand plan other than to explain what’s happening in EO. I learned a lot from doing this for free over the past 2.5 years - about writing, about consistency, and about myself. But I've also hit a wall: this needs to be sustainable in the long term. As the audience grew, I noticed a pattern - readers fell into three broad groups: 🔍 those who want a quick EO digest 📈 those who want regular market intelligence 🧠 and those who want in-depth, structured insights So, starting September 1, the newsletter will take a new shape with the Essentials, Pro, and Premium tiers, to better serve each of these audiences. Everyone gets a free preview of the first two Pro editions this month. I will continue to be the first reader of this newsletter. I write it because it helps me think, and I hope it continues to do the same for you. Thanks to everyone who’s been part of this journey so far. Onwards!
