@PaigeEHaffener @aaronquinlan The layout we've been using is pretty basic. I have databases of people, projects, grants, and tasks. Each project page has the following sections: questions for me (active and archived), table of contents, description, tasks, weekly goals, lit review (optional), and notes

@PaigeEHaffener @aaronquinlan Yep, we have been using Notion for computational lab notebooks and project management. The combination of price (free for students and educators) and flexibility were a big selling point for us.

A goal for this year is to implement better organization, focus, and research management for my lab. I have been experimenting with Notion and am impressed. Does anyone here have examples of successful uses of Notion for a research lab? Design, sections, widgets work best?

Hazel put a remarkable amount of work into this project, both annotating the genome and conducting downstream analyses herself!
