@YouTubeTV if I have unlimited streams in my home, why do I get playback errors every Sunday when I try to watch NFL Redzone? That makes the service essentially useless and it’s something I pay extra for!

Getting playback issues while watching NFL RedZone is not related to unlimited streams. Try to restart the app/device & check your internet to see if it makes a difference. You can also try to “Set a home network” on the device having an issue to better ensure unlimited streams work correctly. On your TV’s YouTube TV app, select your profile icon > Settings > Streaming Limits > Set Current Network as Home at the bottom. Feel free to reach out anytime

@TeamYouTube Appreciate that info, but I am not referencing buffering issues. I get a message while watching RedZone that says something along the lines of Playback Error and allows me to submit logs. The msg tells me to close other TVs that are using the app so this does seem like a limit.

Very frustrated with @BMO's customer service. Reported issue over a week ago, not resolved. Agent promised to follow-up and hasn't. Completed THEIR survey about experience with offered a follow-up in 1-2 days which has now come and gone with no call.
