basically they always put the tourniquet around my arm to swell my veins to get blood but whilst theyre drawing the blood they dont untighten it??? so obviously nothing comes out coz theres too much pressure and my arm always turns bright purple. this time tho she messed up and -

@TinyWith26346 I got a 6 inch Italian herb n cheese with salami, provolone, lettuce, spinach, green pepper, onions, cucumbers and garlic aioli. The lil subway calculator said it was probably around 420cals but I also got chips bc yummy crunchy so in total probably around 630 but I rounded upp

Had subway as my omad today and it was scrumptious, ~ 700 cals today ✨ #edrtwt #ricecaketwt
