October 18, 2024 Appointed Interim CEO of Umpqua Public Transit District (later hired as permanent CEO). November 1, 2024 Thwarted insolvency event at UPTD. February 1, 2025 Achieved UPTD's full compliance with all state and federal regulations, backed up by April 28, 2025 Scott Presler announces endorsement of IP37 effort in Oregon. May 20, 2025 Every board member lost their seat in the special election, except Todd Vaughn. He won by 95 votes. May 28, 2025 Douglas County Clerk Dan Loomis claims 48% of the total returns are counted after election day and Vaughn now loses his race to Natasha Atkinson - a previous board member who resigned in protest at my hiring. Now, every board member who was responsible for turning the agency around, has lost re-election. June 4, 2025 IP37 approved for circulation. June 20, 2024 Every penny is liquidated out of my family's bank accounts. Including our children's bank accounts by the Oregon Department of Revenue without warning, without due-process, and without legal justification. June 26, 2025 Todd Vaughn files lawsuit challenging his election loss. June 30, 2025 I became the first government official in Oregon to refuse to certify an election. September 2025 The new board works with ODOT to initiate a third party "compliance review" with RLS, targeting me and the board members who lost their seats due to election fraud. October 1, 2025 Ed Diehl makes record request for RLS compliance review. December 1, 2025 UPTD notifies me that they will no longer make separation agreement payments and breach contract. December 2, 2025 In an all day deposition by attorneys for Dan Loomis and Natasha Atkinson, I am questioned about a compliance review that I had no idea existed. I was also questioned the same day about the compliance review by Willamette Week. The compliance review falsely claimed illegal activities by the previous board and myself as CEO. December 3, 2025 The RLS compliance review was officially provided to the UPTD Board, 1 day after confirmation it was sent to the media. December 20, 2025 Multiple media outlets across Oregon report on the falsified RLS report as "true" - slandering my reputation and falsifying the historic facts of my work as CEO of UPTD. March 16, 2026 Request for investigation of ODOT, UPTD, and RLS conduct for falsification of public records by UPTD Director Michaela Hammerson became public information. UPDT Board Chair Jeana Beam tried to prevent Director Hammerson from presenting the request in a public meeting. Today, April 2, 2026 Vaughn v Loomis is heading for a historic trial after defeating 8 motions to dismiss. ODOT, UPTD, and government officials, including a gubernatorial candidate, are under federal investigation for criminal acts. UPTD is in arrears with me roughly $30K and continues to operate in breach of contract. My legal team and I are preparing to file tort claims against UPTD, ODOT, RLS, Representative Ed Diehl, and more in federal court.

Who else thinks we need an investigation into Oregon's attorney general Dan Rayfield's office? This man has filed umpteen lawsuits. How much staff does he now have to manage that insane caseload? How many people has he hired to plug the holes? How are those new hires authorized? What budget are they coming out of? How many people has he personally added to the state taxpayer paid government payroll? How much money have us Oregonians paid for this man's very personal vendetta and to build his career from ambulance chaser to now an AG with sights on a big time political career?
