@TreehCoasters The Uber was £45! We have split it with 3 other people who are also very disappointed. I would love to know what D&G buses would say about this situation. The bus stopped at the second stop of Hanley and the website and digital bus display mentioned it was stopping at Stoke.

We would not recommend public transport to Alton Towers this year. D&G buses have cancelled the X41 service from Stafford (at short notice) so we attempted the Stoke route. There were about 40 people waiting and the driver completely drove past and skipped the first stop.

@TreehCoasters No… It was the first stop. 😬 Drove past us and went to the second stop even though the website still mentions this bus stops at Stoke on Trent. Lots of people waiting.
