Years ago - 2018 or so - I picked up what would turn out to be an amazing book. Poverty safari by @lokiscottishrap . The first book I’d read that got under the skin of being poor. The first one that had a hope of getting the emotional impact across. Brilliant.

When a Trusted programme starts we wait to see how much confidence goes up - we don’t usually use ‘appearing on tv’ as a guide - but here we go! Thank you to @KHemingwaynews for the invite. A wonderful opportunity for some of the group to really get their points across.
