If we don't love ourselves then we don't think we are worth protecting and won't set boundaries.

Past decisions were made with information we knew then. We Evolve. Forgive yourself. Yes, the person you are now would have done things differently, but you are the person you are now because of the decisions you made back then.

Fulfillment & completion is reached not when there is no longer anything to add, but when there is no longer anything to take away.

Some people only come alive and grow when there is resistance.

Some people won't respect your boundaries because they have none of their own to recognize them

Anything in a non-resistance state is in a state of high frequency. This means if you let your pain & sadness just be, instead of resisting it, you are still in a state of high-frequency. This is how you heal.
