My larger paintings take a year to complete. The process always begins with focused research. I also acquire the correct armor and clothing for my models to wear as I develop the references for the painting. I draw the scene on the canvas first and then paint layer by layer until it is completed.

Give it time. Had to see someone at a private hospital in Sydney. 90% of all nurses and Dr’s I saw were Indian. The kicker: one lead Indian Nurse was group training the next batch of nurses. 4 Indians and 1 Chinese. Finally, one English Aussie physiotherapist! Buy a strong Irish accent. ZERO Australian born nurses and Dr in a wing of a Sydney Private Hospital. Give it time!
