Day 4 of #NoFap done! 🖤🤍 I wonder if this is the best course of action. The more we resist our urges, the stronger it becomes & the risk of harder relapses increases. Cold turkey is the quickest yet toughest way to quit but is it the safest for us as a community? Thoughts?

Day 3 of $nofap is technically done! though I still have a long night ahead of me since I slept all day... I'm pretty confident I'll make it to day 5, but more than a week seems impossible. For my first attempt I'd say that's acceptable, thoughts? ofc I won't lose on purpose tho~

Relapsing is one thing. Retweeting stuff on your NOFAP ACCOUNT where you KNOW it's going to trigger other people is inconsiderate, cruel, and disgusting. Get the fuck out!

@NoFap_Boi Yeah I agree with you. If people are treating relapsing like a kink then we should push them away. I just don't want people thinking that if they relapse then they are failures or for them to get depressed over it...

@Tsubynofap If someone post saying "hey sorry I relapsed I'll try again tomorrow" that is 100% fine and understandable and I will do my best to support that. It's a different story when you parade your relapse around like it's a kink.

@NoFap_Boi I get where you're coming from, but if you start policing the community you'll just push people away. Even worse, you'll make it so people that relapse will feel extra bad about it and they might not be willing to try nofap again. Idk, I feel like theres no right answer to this

@Tsubynofap We're all meant to be helping each other, not making each other spiral. Similar stuff almost made me relapse yesterday...I can't let it happen to anyone else. I want all of us to get better and I'll do anything to protect it from those who want to harm it, intentional or not.

ITS DAY 8!! #nofap I made it 1 week!!!!! I beat my pb and met my goal!!! Thanks to everyone who helped😊😊❤️

It's crazy to me how if you lose focus for even a second you're done for. I woke up from a nap and opened my feed without thinking and almost relapsed... It's so unfair how triggering my fyp is #nofap

My very first day of trying to resist my incessant urges was rough, but it went well! I was told by some nice ppl that it gets easier after the first 1-2 weeks. Here's hoping that this second day will go well too C: #nofap
