@SN__Ivan And a reminder: this was still only an 8% chance of even happening. The character didn't have any sort of frame data, Potemkin could low profile him by crouching his 5K, and he had effectively no disjoint.
Laust was a joke, and there was a reason why he was considered the worst

@SN__Ivan You had around 70f to react to meteor, which is way longer than any testament startup. You didn't have to just jump, as moving the screen or throwing Faust would also clear you from the meteor situation. Not only that but it used to miss way more, due to how item angles worked

@SN__Ivan If you jumped, you had a 74% chance of avoiding all of Faust's items on the 40f toss. No item hit in the air except for hammer and meteor. And since mini-faust didn't stop movement, you could literally just dash-in on reaction. How is that benefiting Faust more than the opponent?

noticing a very interesting strive phenomenon where they give characters a new tool without really thinking about how it interacts with the rest of their kit. i'm painfully aware of this with the amount of "potential changes" they give to faust, but it happens with everyone...

@AboiiFGC @BonbonFGC They removed his defensive options, his pressure and his main reset option. The character literally has nothing now.
This is like saying a military tank is worst for having lost one of it's plating when compared to a child that lost all of their limbs.
