@Tyrrells hi guys, I recently purchased a packet of Sea Salt & Vinegar crisps from Monoprix in Bordeaux, France - which disappointedly when opened only contained plain crisps!!

@Tyrrells often hard to get your crisps here in Bermuda. Prefer the cheese and chive and found packs in Waitrose Lindo’s and Market Place so bought a dozen large packets. Disappointing. All soft! What should I do?

So disappointed @Tyrrells 😞. Looking forward to my favourite, Lightly Salted Tyrell's Hand-Cooked Crisps to find they are soft! Bought from Co-op, Auchtermuchty only this afternoon and Best Before date is 18/01/25. Having to steal my husband's inferior brand 😪.

@Tyrrells have you changed your sea salt & cider vinegar recipe recently? I have been a proud enjoyer of your crisps but in the last 6 months every bag batch tastes too salty and lacks that cider vinegar kick. You also used to list which potato variety was used for each bag?
