This is murder. Kenyans, just go to that public hospital if even it's not well equipped, it will save you from a lot of problems. Jamaa should face the law.

The High Court in Nairobi has halted the proposed U.S.-backed Ebola quarantine facility in Laikipia County, issuing conservatory orders that suspend the project until the case is fully heard and determined. The decision follows an urgent petition by the Katiba Institute and the Law Society of Kenya at the Milimani Law Courts, challenging the project on legal and public interest grounds.

As distraught families rushed to Utumishi Girls Academy in Gilgil following reports of a deadly dormitory fire, another tragedy unfolded along the Nakuru–Nairobi Highway at Kariandusi. A mother of one of the students died in a road accident while heading to the school to check on her daughter. Her husband survived the crash with injuries and was rushed to hospital for treatment. The student is reportedly alive, though she sustained injuries in the dormitory fire. The couple had allegedly received an emergency call informing them that a dormitory at the school had caught fire, prompting them to rush to the institution. Tragically, before they could arrive, their vehicle was involved in a fatal accident.
