This LA condo isn’t anything special, but it’s a decent size, in a decent neighborhood, and affordable by a couple making minimum wage (do the math).
LA doesn’t have a lack of housing, it has a lack of SFHs. But few want to sprawl even further

No, these crowds are definitely dead. And it’s not a Gen Z problem, it’s a Coachella one. Plenty of other festivals today don’t look like this, but this is the Instagram festival so this is what you get.

My least favorite thing about Coachella is having to hear these weird takes because you can’t feel the crowd energy through the YouTube in your house or wherever you’re STREAMING. Talking about no vibes and you’re watching in your living room. Shut up.

Trader Joe’s reputation is totally misunderstood.
Despite the crunchy-sounding name, Trader Joe’s sells CHEAP, EASY food. Lots of snacks and frozen stuff at low prices. It’s basically a college freshman’s ideal.
It’s not, like, a fair trade-ethical-organic specialty grocer.

I'm about to record my first ever Loom going over a quote.
I think that taking 5-7 minutes to go over a quote, especially a larger one, will be high leverage work.
It's not scalable, but that's a problem for later.

I need help figuring this out. The house we are buying has a detached garage. The upper floor is a loft apt. The lower floor is the garage.

Week 2 of our Townsend masonry build in the books! Steady progress.
Almost to second story floor height. More arches: segmental arches over windows and Roman/half-round for our big storefront window—interspersed with natural stone lintels.
