Over seeing adults in a childhood room. GenX here. My childhood bedroom was Strawberry Shortcake. I have Strawberry Shortcake socks I wear maybe once every 2 years for a laugh. I'm not making my childhood my personality nor my life experiences. If toys is your background/personality, grow up

I fought tooth and nail to get Trump elected, and I'm going to enjoy the heII out of these 4 years. One problem being overlooked by the vast majority of young people today is the difference between "owning a home" and "owning a dream home". There are a crap ton of homes in neighborhoods that have not gone through a rehab stage that are far overdue for it. They could be building greater equity if they begin to look in places that are not their dream locations. Shit is crazy expensive, make no mistake, but I have also seen many people with their "wish list" not matching their budget.
