Conservation biology shows that alligator populations are now stable or fully recovered across the southeastern U.S.
Their numbers are primarily limited by available wetland habitat.
Killing alligators does not “save the species”—habitat protection does.

A Louisiana farm that raises alligators for skins used in luxury goods also helps conserve the species. After the alligator was listed as endangered, the state proposed boosting numbers by having farmers raise them for meat and skins, but releasing some back into the wild.

Nobody wants these reforms. They’re not fit for purpose.

US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth also dehumanized Iranians as "barbaric savages" (as the US military bombs elementary schools and hospitals in Iran).
The mask is off. The US and Israel are fascist genocidal regimes that aim to "exterminate all the brutes" of the Global South, as 19th-century European colonialists said.
