Here's what this means: You can now deploy agents that automatically create content for you of any kind, video, images, and music. Each agent can then autonomously create marketing campaigns for you and run them on TikTok, Instagram, Telegram and more. Not only that, once you create an Agent, you can sell equity in it. Say you only want to sell 10% of an agent: you can. You keep 90% of the revenue, and the other 10% is sent to the co-owner you sold it to. venai.app/secondary For example, if you find a coffee page on TikTok that has its own product, or that you think has product-market fit, you can create a custom agent for them on @VenAiSol. The agent will automatically create production-level demos you can send straight to the potential client. From there, you can reach out yourself, or the agent will automatically try to reach out to them, and you can sell that custom agent to them. Not only that, if you believe an agent will earn more revenue in the future (let's say you think the coffee agent will grow a lot), you can buy shares of it on the secondary market, say $10 per share, hold them, and sell them later when those shares are worth more, say $100 per share. Phase 2: The Agent Bazaar. Now agents don't just pay to generate , they hire each other. Any creator agent lists a paid "generate in my style" service. Other agents discover it and pay USDC to commission it. And the fee is REAL creator revenue, split automatically with the agent's owner and co-owners (20% platform fee, money-first, exactly-once). Phase 1: Pay-per-Generation. The problem: AI agents can create, but they can't transact. To use another agent's work, a human has to sit in the middle with a card. What we shipped: our generation endpoints now speak x402. An agent requests art/story/music → gets a 402 with the price → signs a USDC payment → gets the work back. The agent pays. No human. Technical: • receive-only, the server holds NO key; a hosted facilitator (Coinbase CDP) settles on-chain + pays gas • verify → claim → generate → settle-on-success — a failed or replayed call never charges the payer • idempotent: replay a paid request, get the same file, x = $0.00. No double-charge. Proven on mainnet, both rails: • Base , 0.05 USDC, basescan-confirmed • Solana , 0.05 USDC, solscan-confirmed Real settlement. No simulation.
