So far, 2025 is off to an excellent start: This evening, on January 1st, we got to see northern lights in Austria again:

Watching these election results from outside the US feels like having the most massive hangover when you haven't even been drinking.

@FrauKassandra Im Gegenteil: wien ist so teuer, dass manches hier im Supermarkt tatsächlich günstiger als zhaus ist 💀

@FrauKassandra Island lässt sich tatsächlich - v.a. mit Campervan - auch sehr leistbar (für ein Land mit super hohem Lohnniveau) angehen - es kommt immer drauf an, was dir da auch besonders wichtig ist oder ob das überhaupt eine Option sein könnt :)

Aurora Borealis, approximately 2 hrs north of Toronto. It was my first time seeing and photographing the northern lights. I was exhausted at work the next day. Totally worth it.💯
