@VisionZeroTN Mostly agree, except developers don’t always offer what “market demands”. If they did, we’d have many more smaller homes being built. Developers offer what can be financed and sold.

People demonize developers for anything and everything. It's unfair and Sanic Comms is right to shoot it down. Don't blame developers for the lack of bike parking in Nashville. They are good, smart people who simply offer what the marker demands.

@theaaronjolly1 Developers will do everything they can to maximize occupancy rates by offering amenities that cause people to rent there. Maybe they see all those empty bike lanes.
