@philbray73 @stevemartincfp @AWMGFP Important to add that the questions we use in our research focus on VouchedFor reviews. Adding in other reviews e.g. Google will improve these. Also, consumers are doing more online research - we reckon due to uncertainty and less in-person meets - so trend is upwards.
