Inhibiting IRE1 RNase in TP53-mutant TNBC allows taxane to be highly immunogenic, triggering dsRNA-ZBP1-NLRP3-GSDMD pyroptotic signaling cascade, turning PD-L1-negative cold tumors hot, and conferring these cold tumors hypersensitivity to PD-1 inhibitor.
